Can I convert FIT to GPX without losing sensor data?
Some recorded channels can be carried in supported GPX extensions, but GPX does not represent every FIT field. Review the conversion summary for this particular file. Keep the original FIT when preserving the full recording matters.
Can GPX become a FIT course for a cycling computer?
A supported GPX can be written as a FIT course using the available course output. It does not become the original device activity. Import instructions and supported course features depend on the destination device.
