Take the recorded data into your own analysis.
A spreadsheet can answer questions a map cannot: which measurements are present, when readings changed, or how two recordings differ. Export creates readable CSV or JSON from the inspected data in a FIT, GPX or TCX file. It is intended for reviewing available records and supported channels, not for turning a spreadsheet into a complete copy of every proprietary source message. The original recording remains separate.
Accepted formats: FIT · GPX · TCXHow to use this tool
- Open the ride file whose measurements you want to review.
- Select an available CSV or JSON export and review the data description.
- Download the result and open it in a spreadsheet, text editor or analysis tool.
Questions about this tool
Can I export FIT heart rate, power and cadence to a spreadsheet?
Available supported channels can be included in a readable export. Check the inspected file first: the tool cannot add power, heart rate or cadence that the recording device did not save.
Should I choose CSV or JSON?
Choose CSV for rows you want to filter or chart in a spreadsheet. Choose JSON when you need a structured representation for further processing. Keep the original activity file for archival and future editing.
